Prior to joining The Cooper Group, Libby spent three years in property management, developing an in-depth understanding of residential property, investment, and client care. Today, working alongside Licensee Agent Debbie Cooper-Norriss, she continues to refine her expertise and expand her industry knowledge.

Since joining the team in 2024, Libby has been involved in the sale of some of the most prestigious homes in the Nelson/Tasman region. Learning from one of the area’s highest-performing agents, she has developed a deep appreciation for the importance of strategic marketing, meticulous preparation, and exceptional service, qualities that underpin every successful campaign.

Originally from the West Coast of the South Island, Libby has always had a strong connection to people and community. This has been reflected in her years with Kotuku Surf Lifesaving, involvement in local initiatives such as the Helicopter House fundraiser and NBS Dancing for a Cause, and more recently, her long-term sponsorship of the Search and Rescue team. After attending Nelson College for Girls as a boarder, Libby developed a strong connection to the Nelson lifestyle and, upon graduating, chose to make it her home.
